Small light BUT HUGE DESIGN FLAW READ THIS BEFORE
Yes this is cute little cart. and good side is its very light and small and folding. We purchased this after comparing with larger heavy ones . TO get to the point. bad side of this cart is that Its TOO narrow in WIDTH wise and its unstable when full of grocery. Real life test is when you try to cross the street and go over the different type of pavement etc THIS CART TIPS OVER TO THE SIDE VERY EASILY AND IS VERY UNSTABLE you have to constanly careful when you pull behind you. esp when you roll down the side curve when not careful it looses balance easily and crashes!@! CART HAS TO BE WIDER or WHEELS HAS TO BE SMALLER ( NO. NOT BIGGER SMALLER wheels when compare to the size of the cart) if the wheels are too big compare to the cart it makes unstable with narrow body such as this cart. CONCLUSION is that we dumped this one looking for more stable and larger unit with WIDER and LARGER WHEEL. HUGE DESIGN FLAW!! THIS IS GOOD FOR LIGHT LOAD around the block but it really isnt worth money! its my true unbiased opinion.

BEST SHOPPING CART EVER
I purchased this cart about 10 years ago while visiting the Westchester Store. It's the best investment I've ever made. I used to have to purchase a new shopping cart every 1 to 2 years because they just weren't sturdy enough and they would usually fall apart on me at the most inopportune time, like while I was out shopping with it. Since I've had this one one, it's still going strong and I use the Container Store's Double Mesh Cube inside the cart instead of a cardboard box to hold my purchases and don't worry about things falling out through the bar spaces. I've also added features to it, like in front of the cart, I have an insulated cooling bag for my perishibles. And on the back of it a smaller bag for my drink and personal belongings. I get stopped often with people asking me where I got my cart and I tell them. It's pricey, but worth
the money as I've gotten more than my money's worth out of it. The only negative about my cart is I wish the handle bar was a wee bit higher for my comfort.
And the Container Store still carrying this same item, tells me a lot!

I debated for sometime whether to get the liner for my cart of not. As I suspected, once the liner is in the cart, it's not as easy to fold up. I keep it in the back of my car, so when I come home with groceries or other heavy/difficult to carry items, I can just throw them in the cart and wheel up to my apartment (I live on the 5th floor). What I ended up doing was using a short bungee cord to keep it closed now that I've put the lliner in. If I don't use the bungee, the cart will not stay folded closed.
The liner is study. A friend has a different cart and the her liner is just a piece of flimsy cloth. This one looks like it will protect against wet weather. I hate rain and snow splashing up getting everything in the basket wet.
