White Quilted China Storage
Little or no foam protection
I bought this china storage set assuming the "foam-padded dividers" and "foam separators" would be about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick - thereby providing protection for my china and serving pieces. Wrong!
The "foam pad" and "foam dividers" are about as thin as a piece of paper. They are helpful for stacking plates - but there is no foam around the circumference of each case making it easy for a dish to break if it accidentally gets bumped while in storage.
I'm happy to have SOME protection from dust while storing pieces in our downstairs storage closet...but for something intended to store china it seems like there should be more protection.

Better than nothing
I definitely have felt that my wedding china was safer in these bags than nothing at all. They are preferable to newspaper and cardboard boxes. But I would reccomend investing an extra $20 in a better set. The zippers broke the second time I used them and the plate dividers they came with with were little better than paper towels. I ended up buying felt ones and realized I should've just invested in a better set to start with.

Quilted China Storage Set
not the best that I have ever seen but will work just fine for storing my daughters china. The foam for between plates could be a bit larger for full size plates, paper will work on the ones that the foam is too small. It is worth the price I paid.

Cheap Plastic - not Quilt
"quilted" just refers to the pattern on the plastic containers. They are very very thin, and will rip easily. Despite the description, foam protectors are flimsy pieces of small squares that aren't adequate if you're trying to protect china. If you have plastic ware you're trying to conserve, this is your answer. As for protecting china, I am beyond disappointed in this product - especially from the Container Store.
