Great looking, but poor spout design. This is a stylish soap dispenser however the spout has some flaws. Some discoloring around the top, but I've had this nearly 2 years now. My main problem is the spout gets clogged and then shoots straight at you. About once a week I run it under hot water, but if I forget, I end up needing to change my shirt! I've tried different soaps, and its really the narrowness and angle of the opening. Other than that it looks really great in the kitchen and the ceramic base has survived getting knocked over quite a few times. April 27, 2013

stylish but not durable Really, really, like the looks and fucntionality of this dispenser, but the lid and spout discolor and look terrible after less than a month of use. Exchanged once and new one did the same. Guess I could just keep exchanging. Just wish the spout was more durable!! April 6, 2013

Great Looking but Not Too Functional this is a great looking soap dispenser, gives an old fashioned artisan feel however, every few days I notice the soap spilling out of the seal. I took it back to the store to exchange and the same thing started to happen. I like the look of it so much that now I am used to the fact the tried soap spills down the body and I have to rinse it off every few days. Small price to pay for such a good looking soap pump.
