Cushiony but hard to clean This sink mat does cushion your dishes nicely but is hard to clean. I ran them through the dishwasher because all of those little circles are really hard to clean. I ended up throwing them away after using them for a couple of months. Kind of a waste of $16! July 1, 2012

Saved my ceramic sink This cushioned sink mat protects my antique ceramic sink from the scuffing & scratching of sheet pans, pots & large pans. Before acquiring this mat, I used to get dark marks that only a lot of elbow grease & strong cleanser would erase. It also doubles as a holding mat, inside the sink, whenever I wash dishes in stages & cushions the more fragile items from clinking or breaking in the sink. This is the first cushioned sink mat I've gotten & wish I had sooner. Another great product from The Container Store, and very reasonably priced, too. April 21, 2010
