Stainless Steel Dish Drainer
Stainless Steel Dish Drainer -Love it!
This is so superior to the plastic ones you find everywhere. And it looks better too! It's a lot harder to find a stainless steel in most stores. Really nice!

Perfect Good-Looking Dish Rack
We wanted a dish rack that was nice enough to leave out - we have a small NY kitchen with almost no counter-space so we stow it up on the fridge when not in use. It's been a good rack these past few weeks.

It does rust !
I've used this item for several years. While it's attractive compared to most others, mine began showing rust early on. But the worst part is that there is no lip on the tray for the water to drain into the sink - water just builds up and as it dries it forms a nasty looking white residue which is rather time consuming to clean. If this drainer really is stainless steel, it is of very poor quality stainless - and way too expensive.

They Don't Make Them Like They Used To
We've had this model for 13 years and it finally had one cross bar detach. Of course this wouldn't happen if the cross bar were soldered on top of the bars holding it instead of below. However, we felt that was a reasonable time to hold up. When we brought the new one home and felt it, it was obvious that it was much lighter than the one we were replacing. So we weighed the items on our postal scale. The new pan is flimsy & bends in your hand. It is 1/2 the weight of the old one. It does have 4 tiny feet molded into it so that if water gets below it should evaporate. The cutlery holder is 1/2 the weight of the old one & seems that the seam won't last very long. Oh, and the bars are still soldered below their supports. We still like the way it looks.
