The navy blue box is 6-1/4" x 5" x 2" h; the purple box is 4-3/4" x 3-3/8" x 2" h; the green box is 3-1/8" x 2-5/8" x 2" h; and the turquoise box is 1-7/8" x 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" h.

Need better lids I've had this set for about a year and it's held up really well. The plastic has been surprisingly durable, and it's been run in the dishwasher several times. I've never tried using them in the microwave though. The sandwich box can hold a standard wonder bread type sandwich. I didn't use this for my husband's lunches because he usually has a crusty bread sandwich which is too thick for this box. I use the smaller containers for my toddler. They're easy for her to hold and she's learning to use utensils so the height is perfect to keep the food in as she's trying to use a fork. My only issue are the lids. Although I haven't experienced any leaks (I haven't placed any super liquidy foods except for fruit and the juices that might come the fruit), the lids always feel like they're not on even though they are. If that makes any sense... March 4, 2013

Love the bento system The bento system works wonderfully when packing lunch for my daughter. It allows you to separate items, some with a lid and others not. Great for hummus and veggies. February 21, 2012

Not bad but not as expected I may not have fully read the package labels but in looking at the bento buddies I assumed the two smaller containers (or three really) would fit inside the larger one and the whole unit would close nicely and seal - this is NOT the case. These are fine for separate use but cannot be put together. I also don't feel they seal extremely well - I would not buy this again. I do like the color and size and they fit well into my son's lunch bag. I will keep looking for a compartmentalized (bento type) lunch option though. November 14, 2011
