Cool & incredibly useful It looks impressive, like leather, and all business. It holds plenty of recipes; the only thing I would change is that it should hold MORE. I ordered 3 packs of refill sheets and 2 easels, each of which got 1.5 packs of refill sheets. But otherwise this easel exactly fits the bill, and I could not be happier. June 16, 2012

Great for recipes printed from online The Portochef Recipe Easel has helped me create order in my otherwise messy stack of recipes printed from online. I love how I can flip it open and it stands on its own, making it easy for me to read the recipe as I cook. No need to print out the same recipe over and over again. So the Portochef has helped me save time, paper, money, and my sanity! March 19, 2012

Not just for recipes While its the greatest for those printed recipes, I use one in my office to keep information regularly needed close at hand. It allows me to put all kinds of information/copies needed together on one page for easy access as I would in a binder BUT it allows me the visibility needed while I'm filling out forms or inputing information online.
