Flex-it® Measuring Cups
I purchased the 1 cup Flex it cup just to try it out and I LOVE it. I find myself always reaching for that one over my glass measuring cups. As for the " it doesn't equal my own measuring cups" comment, even the glass measuring cups and dry measuring cups are not accurate (they are always more than the amount indicated) If you need an exact measurement ALWAYS use a food scale.

Great Measuring Cups
These measuring cups are awesome for items that you need to pour into. It is much easier than the glass containers the pour too much at once.

flex measuring cups - don't measure up
Is it me or is the flex measuring cup off? I loved these at first, and wanted it for a recipe I wanted to divide in half....so I could be exact and pour into jars.I needed to half a 3/4 cup measurement. I started out with a 1/4 cup (my own measuring cup) and then filling half of another 1/4 cup. However, I decided if I poured my 1/4 cup of flour into the flex cup, and then the other 1/8 cup...I'd be exact using the flex cup. So, I took my own 1/4 cup of flour and poured it into this flex measuring cup and realized my 1/4 cup wasn't equal to their 1/4 flex line. I thought, that's strange, so I took a 1 cup of my old measuring cup filled it with flour and poured it into this one...it came to 200 ml not 250 ml/1 cup!! I ended up checking a few of my old cups and re -checking and this flex cup was off. Is it me, or has anyone else noted this? If you use this cup and other measure cups, then recipes could be off by taste wise.

Love these measuring cups!
These are great for liquids, and I love the fact that you can easily mix in them too.
