Multi Purpose I not only use these as cutting boards, but I also use them as shelf liners for the wire shelves in my closets/pantry to keep smaller shelves, books and small items from falling through. They are so thin you don't even see them, but are sturdy enough to not bend. Great for either use! May 1, 2012
Love my cutting mat! I love this because it's easy to wash and it's bendable. I no longer have to pull out my cutting board. It also stores easily in a drawer. Love it! February 28, 2014
Fantastic Economical option These cutting boards are a great buy. I have been using the same ones for roughly four years and have never had a problem with the edges curling. I store them vertically between my other cutting boards and they are fine. They are ideal for kids to use - lightweight and easy to clean. I include a set in every housewarming gift. They are an essential for very kitchen. November 1, 2010
useful, not the best These cutting boards are smart, but could be better. We've been using them for quite some time and they started curling shortly after we bought them. They are very useful, but the curling is an annoyance. Possibly a different storage method would help, but don't buy these unless you have a large, flat location for storage. March 3, 2010

In other words, why don't knives penetrate it, but kitchen shears will
