Good purchase I love the durability but I wish the wheels were swivel. December 6, 2013
Rear Wheel Came Off Within An Hour Of Purchase! What a hunk of junk! Not worth a nickel, never mind $80 bucks. I love The Container Store but its management should remove this product from all store shelves immediately. Not worth the star I'm required to post. October 19, 2013
Torn! Why do the wheels on this not spin?! Being aluminum, it's so lightweight and wonderful. This should spin like a rolling suitcase. We've come too far for this design spec to be overlooked. If you put a large case of water in this cart and try to turn it, it's a hassle! I am torn because the only comparable cart that does have spinning wheels is steel and heavy! So I feel like I have to choose between the inconvenience of no spinning wheels or heaviness. Ugh! July 17, 2013

Foldable with liner

If the cart has the liner, can it fold up with it or does it need to be removed beforehand?

Answer:
The liner will fold up within the cart, but the front and back of the cart will not latch together to have the cart stand independently because the liner would interfere.

Assembly is remarkably simple - following the picture on the label, just slide back the u-shaped clip on the axel, pop on the wheel, and the release clip - that's all there is to it!
