great simple design The design is simple, so with a little creativity, you could store all sorts of things on this, not just wine. Personally I found that it was the perfect size for my shoes. All the other "shoe racks" were too big & inefficient for my tiny NYC apartment. Also, I love that it's made of metal (not plastic or processed wood). If you want to stack them, you may need to come up with a way to secure the connection. May 5, 2013

Great Addition I recently purchased these wine racks for my kitchen. Due to the space conditions and total number of bottles of wine I have, I had no choice but to store them wherever I could find space. Fortunately, after visiting the container store, I found something that I thought would fit the bill for storing these wines and freeing up space for other items. Wine rack works great for TV components We were looking all through The Container Store and elsewhere to find something to hold our tv components (Directv receiver, blu ray, etc). The sales person was able to lead us to the kitchen wares and showed us this wine rack. It works perfectly. It is just wide enough to hold the biggest component with enough space around to keep the air flowing and our components from overheating. It is attractive enough to sit out in the open. It works so well I ordered one online for my bedroom. October 16, 2011
