Great looking, great functionality, overpriced... I live in a NYC apartment, so grocery bags have always been my preferred method of garbage disposal - they fit so nicely down the chute, and they're free! But they never really fit well in traditional garbage pails. Several years ago I bought one from another store, which I liked, but it was open at the top (can you say vermin attractor) and it was white, which after time became a permanent shade of gross. This one is great... except for the price, but it is the Container Store after all. Highly functional and very attractive (and I suspect easy to keep clean)! And even with bringing reusable bags to the supermarket and recycling other bags, there are still plenty for my household trash. November 19, 2012
