Great for baby food! These Ice cube trays are great. I use them for baby food and breast milk. They freeze a little less than 1/2 an ounce in each cube. For baby food I use one cube of food (mashed bananas, carrots, avocado, etc) and one cube of milk. Once frozen, I transfer the food and milk into freezer bags. The Ice Cube trays are covered and stack well. Most importantly, they are BPA free. March 4, 2010
Great for Baby Food I love these for homemade baby food because they have smaller cubes. Makes for easier heating without overcooking the edges and killing off the good stuff in the food. The lids don't snap on, but I actually like that because it's easy to work with and all I do is stack them anyway. They're grooved tho, so they don't easily slip around. I'm so pleased with them, I plan to buy more for ice cubes. May 9, 2010
Replaces Kitchen Aid icemaker I've given up on the icemaker in my expensive Kitchen Aid built-in fridge after replacing it at least four times. (Hint: think before you buy one). So went back to how I made ice 20 years ago. This tray pops ice out easily and i like the smaller, square shape of the cubes. July 20, 2010
covered ice cube tray The ice cube trays are perfect. The size is wonderful they can fit in the eco canteens and they last a long time. If you are having a drink for a cookout you can use the drink you are going to serve as ice cubes and they come out very easy. Great party ideal. August 23, 2010

BPA free?

Hi, just curious where you got the info that this tray is bpa-free. There is nothing on the packaging, and looking up the company online difficult. Thanks!
