Cool and Handy I love this fridge cart. It makes everything that has to do with snacks neat and orderly. The height of the cart brings the fridge up to a nice level , no bending down to floor for me. It is a college student's dream. Even on vacation, it is a great personal assistant for overnight guest providing them with a late midnight snack. June 13, 2014
Great Investment! I purchased this compact refrigerator cart for my college-bound daughter. My husband had a 1.8 cubic foot Haier refrigerator from a previous office he closed and I wanted a cart with wheels so she wouldn't have to put it on the floor. As you can see in the uploaded picture, it serves its purpose well! The Container Store came up with this cart when I Google searched for "refrigerator carts". That is how The Container Store and I were introduced. Upon reading the reviews, I did also purchase the mallet. I picked up this cart at one of the stores in my area and put it together myself. Hint: It helps to mallet the frame together on cement. And don't forget to put the top 2 plastic backstops in for the top drawer before attaching the top rail of the frame. I did not and had to use glue to make them stay in place since you cannot slip them into the holes once that rail is in place. And there's no way I'm going to take apart what was difficult enough to put together ⿺. This piece of furniture for my daughter's dorm was a bit on the "pricey" side, even though I did get a percentage off, however, I know that she will use it each year in her dorm and it then can be used for her sister when she goes off to college for her dorm. So, I feel the investment was a great one! July 28, 2011
Excellent with one problem The only issue I have with this otherwise wonderful cart are the pins that are used as drawer stops. First I didn't read the instructions correctly and didn't put the top drawer stops before I assembled the body. Once assembled I couldn't get it apart to place them in the holes. I used hot glue to put them in upside down. The other pins had to be glued in as well. The pins are short just barely long enough to go through the two holes when the cart is jostled as it will be during use they pop out of place. This one issue could make this cart frustrating to use. As the drawers would not have a stop. BUT other than that this cart fits the bill! May 7, 2014
Great for dorms I used this cart in college in my dormroom and it was perfect for storing food, paper plates, and other essentials. Now that I'm out of college, the mini fridge and cart stay in my guestroom so visitors can have their own mini kitchen. It is a bit pricey but it lasts forever. I've had mine for 11 years and counting. April 22, 2012

While we donâ¿¿t state a specific weight capacity, our elfa Fridge Cart will support well over 50 pounds with the casters. Most mini fridges meet this standard and work extremely well...excellent choice for any dorm room.
