Worth the investment! My pantry was custom-designed by Anne at the Fairview, TX store. She quickly modified the system to meet my specific needs and was very patient as I needed to see more than one design for comparison. The installers were quick and professional, doing an all-around great job. I have shown the 'before' and 'after' pictures several times and still have them on my phone 'just in case'! Making my shopping list is so easy now - I just look for the empty spaces in the pantry - and putting away groceries is especially easy. And my daughters love having their very own 'snack drawer'! Good fit This system is going to be great. We just gutted a space for a small pantry, and there was no question what we would use to provide storage for all of our kitchen items. Our master closet is entirely elfa, which, because of a story too long to tell, I put completely together TWICE!!! We also use a shelf system in our den closet. We would not go with any other system based on its sturdy construction and easy flexibility. The person who helped me through the design process at a Container Store thoroughly understood the product, the CAD system, and met my needs. A very enjoyable process. February 17, 2012

Organizorama! This product was recommended to me by a professional organizer. I recently received and installed my white pantry organizer. I absolutely love it! I went with all shelving because it's so versatile. It was also easy to install. My husband and I did it in an evening. I also purchased some small plastic containers and magazine holders to store computer ink and my children's art supplies in. This pantry is really the only food, coat and office storage I have. It has given me TONS more storage. I have a low hanging rod for jackets/coats and a narrow space on the end for brooms/mops. Now I can't wait to do a closet! May 20, 2010

Awkward pantry made very useful! After moving into a new home, the area used as a pantry was an awkward 6' tall and 4' deep. A quick call to customer service, they designed this space and now it has made the close so much more useful. We have gotten numerous comments on what a neat idea it was to do the shelves and baskets to keep things in view and organized. We always refer friends to containerstore.com since the closest retail store is over 4 hours away. May 17, 2010
