A simple but very versatile product This case is such a simple design but is almost perfect in doing exactly what it needs to do. It can be shaped to fit anything smaller than the case itself. The latches and handle are solid feeling and the weight of the case is solid without feeling heavy. June 7, 2012

First time purchase? READ THIS first! I picked up a few of these in store as a smaller, low cost, light weight alternative to Pelican Cases for storing some of my oddly shaped or somewhat fragile photography gear. They're good for what I bought them for, or if you want to have a custom-fit foam case for anything you may have. (Kinda looks impressive to open it in front of people...?) ***So, I looked online to maybe purchase a few more and it appeared that they offered different, larger sizes online; I was excited to get some larger ones! When they showed up I was certain that they sent me the wrong ones, or maybe I accidentally ordered the wrong ones... Nope! The dimensions they list on website are the EXTERIOR DIMENSIONS of the case, including the handle. While being useful information, it would be MORE USEFUL to know what can fit inside the case before you buy it. So, they turned out to be the exact same cases I already had. I could still use them, so I kept them. However, here are the INTERNAL DIMENSIONS of the cases for anyone else interested - The 10x9 inch is REALLY 9x8 inches inside The 10.5 x 9 inch is actually only 10.5x7 inches inside (I don't recall off hand exactly what they list as outside measurements, but close to what I put.) As for the foam...if you're used to Pelican Cases you may be disappointed. It still works well and is precut into squares that you can 'pluck' out, but it takes a bit more effort to tear them apart (I cut mine with X-acto knife) and you might accidentally remove more than you intended. Overall, nice little case. Just know what to expect before you order. May 12, 2012

Great for telescope accessories Just purchased this product as a storage case for several telescope eyepieces and related equipment. It was very easy to cut out the various sections and the eyepieces fit very snug. The plastic case provides a good level of protection. This is an excellent product which exceeded expectations at a very affordable price. February 10, 2012
