Satisfied with Product At first I was irritated there were no instructions included. However, I discovered the how-to videos on the website, and they provided easy to follow, step-by-step directions. I was able to put the storage shelves together with only minor frustrations and assisted only by my 3.5 year old. Once they were together, I am very happy with them! May 4, 2011

Elfa difficult to assemble Staff were extremely helpful at the store. But elfa came with no instructions. And assembly was very difficult and frustrating. Had to call store and put a CSA on speaker phone to assist in assembly. Had to call back and ask how to install bottom shelf on 4 foot wide free-standing unit since no instructions were included.
