Platinum elfa Hanging Mesh Drawer & Frame
I had a shelving and drawer unit installed in my newly painted and updated laundry room and now it looks like a show place not just a dreary laundry room where you leave your dirty cloths and dread laundry day. The installation was perfect and fit exactly with my new washer and dryer set.

I recently renovated an old pantry that had deep shelves. The old shelves did not allow me to see to the back and I was always purchasing products that I already were in the pantry but lost! Every so often a can would explode due to old age. With the help of one
of the designers at the Tampa store we were able to design a truly friendly pantry with pull out platinum mesh draws from the floor to about shoulder height and then shelves from shoulder height to the ceiling of the pantry. I can now view all items and not only love the appearance, ease of use, but the ability to save money on not duplicating products that I already have. My husband said the installation was extremely easy for a novice!

stylish drawers and so much more
This is the 5th space I have organized with elfa so I am an "elf-a-ddict" but with the various options available, elfa just about fits everywhere. These drawers were part of a make over for a computer room off of my kitchen. I needed something stylish and functional since the room has glass sliding doors and everything is visible. I hung 4 standards to use with shelves and drawers to replace 2 free standing cabinets. I am a homeschooler so I needed shelving for books, drawers to harness art supplies, paper, and other sundries, as well as the ability to hang them on the wall of sliding doors. The reason this is important is that sliding doors have horizontal wood framing which means there are no 16" studs in which to "screw" the uprights. For other brands this is a requirement to keep them stable but not with elfa. I was able to place the hang tracks higher than the doors and to frame the doors with the 2 shelving/drawer units-1 on each side (see photo). This makes my walls usable, keeps everything up off of the floor for easy cleaning since this is where our dog sleeps at night, and generally looks neater than the 2 stand alone cabinets that took up more floor space but offered less usable amenities. Also note in the pictures the neat little elfa drawer unit that fits in a 10" space next to the right side wall unit! What you shouldn't look at in the pictures is the calamity on the shelves since some are going back to be exchanged. One thing I learned from doing it yourself (whereas the other spaces were designed by CS designers) is that the shelves come in 2 widths: 24"and 25". The reason for this is so that if you are placing say 2 or 3 shelves side by side, the 24"-ers go in the middle and the 25"-ers go on the outside and cover the brackets. I, of course, not really thinking of this at midnight online bought the 24"-ers and now my brackets are exposed. It would be nice if this were mentioned in the description of the item but, since they offer free design services, they may feel that it is just unnecessary. The final compliment, however, to the CS is that their return policy is such that I can use these until they restock the correct size, then I can exchange them. Therefore, my shelves will not be as organized until I get the correct shelves....cause, heck, why do the work twice, right?!!?
