White elfa Drawer Frames
For some products, the claim of endless possibilities is a gross overstatement. For Elfa systems, that statement could not be more true. Elfa components can be combined in so many different ways allowing you to customize the height, width, and even depth.
For example, the drawer frames are available in two depths: the cabinet size (17") and the regular (21"). The accompanying cross bars are available in 4 widths: X-Narrow, Narrow, Medium, and Wide. Now, what if you have room for a drawer unit that is shallow and wide? Combine the 17" deep cabinet size frames with wide cross bars. Add the regular medium drawers turned sideways and voila! (The width of the medium drawer is equal to the depth of the cabinet size frame). Or how about an instant dresser/storage unit? Combine 3 units (regular (21") frames with medium width crossbars) side by side. You could buy melamine tops for each individual unit or top it with a TCS desktop. It fits perfectly, creating one solid top instead of three small ones. (See Picture). And I haven't even gotten to the different frame heights and drawer depths yet!
Moving? Re-organizing? If I had a nickel for every time I've taken apart an efla unit and re-purposed it, I'd be a rich woman. They're like Legos for grown-ups! So don't be afraid to think outside the box. The possibilities really are endless.

Purchased online the 10 size frame. Fortunately we had seen it at the store and a very helpful client told us all the ins and outs of assembly and what additional items needed to be ordered - ei feet, drawer stops etc. It all went together very easily with a rubber mallet. Good construction, so much better than plastic. It's a keeper.

Love the elfa drawers
Love the elfa drawers system. I stacked the 7 and 10 units for a dresser to hold my boys' clothes and personal belongings. Holds up to their "abuse" quite well.
It's good to note that while the drawer system is versatile, they can't really be taken apart to reconfigure once you've assembled them. Drawers themselves can be rearranged and accessories added but forget about separating or stacking them once you've used the mallet to put them together.

white elfa drawer frames
Have used these for several years to store quilt supplies. I know have 6 units. I have had the three difference draw sizes. The mid size is great for fabric. Love the draws. I have the 10 frame unit. Allows me flexibility.
