It's all about the light bulbs... This is a strange title for this review, but it sums up my husband's comments about the Laundry Elfa solution. I had been looking for an organization solution for the laundry room and when I came across this setup from Elfa I knew it would be the way to go. I already have a custom office Elfa system that I absolutely love, so I waited for the annual sale and bought it. My husband had some difficulty with the pickup and the instructions were missing, but when I gave feedback to the store, the manager called me within 30 minutes to discuss the problem and apologize. Very impressive customer service! Since my husband had already installed the office Elfa, he had no problems with the Laundry room. He just printed the picture from the website and had it completed in about 3.5 hours. The storage capacity is tremendous - I moved things from the front hall closet and the junk drawer in the kitchen and still have room for more! The unit can handle quite a heavy load - several bottles of detergent and bleach as well as plastic bins of cleaners. I am able to store paper goods, bins of general items and of course, light bulbs! My husband had always complained that he could never find the right light bulb he was looking for - but now we have a drawer organized with only light bulbs in a convenient spot! He wasn't as thrilled as I was when I originally found this solution, but now it's all about the light bulbs! He now tells everyone the Elfa Laundry was his idea. Now I just have to get him to have the same idea about my closet! That's my next Elfa project. If you love organization and keeping items off the floor - there is no better solution than Elfa.
