When I move, my elfa comes with me... I purchased my elfa closet for my home in Austin, TX, ~2000. Before I put my home on the market, I carefully uninstalled and wrapped each piece and replaced them with the units that originally came with the house. great closet solution I had custom birch/white closet installed last year and I love it. The design staff at the store was so helpful in designing the best solution for the space and didn't mind doing revisions. I love my closet - it's never been so organized and clean! Closet re-do OK, let's face it. Container birch closet elfa products are expensive - but I have to tell you - it's well worth the expense. I redid all my closets in my house approximately 10 years ago. I used the birch elfa system - I thought at the time, hum, this is a lot of money, and I'm not sure this stuff is going to last with all my stuff literally shoved into the drawers, and on the shelves. Well, here we are 10 years later and haven't had not even one issue with this product. It's just as good as the year it was all installed - no chips at the end - no falling down shelves - no drawers which are too heavy and weighed down - incredible. That's what I HATE about the Container Store - the expense - but; geez, what I LOVE about the Container Store is the QUALITY. So, when I shop and want something that lasts, I buy there.
