Best Bookcase for Cookbooks I purchased this product to organize cookbooks. This organizer comes carefully packaged to prevent damage to the finish. It assembles quickly and is durable enough to hold the weight of the books. The finish blends well with any decor. The Sapien bookcase has a small footprint and fills vertical space. I can easily locate the needed cookbook and the books are beautifully displayed. This product can be used in many ways and I look forward to enjoying it for many years. Sleek Bookcase I have 2 Sapien bookcases. They are lots of fun but do not store many books. I have so many books that I still need traditional bookcases. But I love to look at the Sapiens and enjoy people's reactions to them. Container Store only sells one size. I think there is a larger size. April 26, 2013

Great Room Addition This unit is easy to put together, strong and great to look at. I had a narrow space that I wanted to use and the Sapien was perfect. In addition the book colors stacked on it look like a contemporary sculpture. April 26, 2013

Coolest Bookcase This bookcase is sturdy and can take quite a load of books. Easy to assemble. It looks so architectural, fun, and modern. Mine sits on carpet and is totally stable. It was a surprise gift to my husband who had about 25 books on his night stand. Now they are neatly placed on the Sapien bookcase. We both love it!
