Very helpful This is great for people on the top bunk. I was able to rest a small clock, glass of water, and occasionaly a book light or something on it without having to worry about it falling. A little tricky to install, but not too bad. I'm not sure just how much weight you could put on it though, it can only be so secure. December 21, 2011

Necessary for bunk This is a necessity if you are on a top bunk. Great for keeping night time necessities without adding expensive wall shelves that may fall and hit you during the night. February 1, 2011

great for camp too! My kids camp is w/o airconditioning. We sent battery operated fans but where do you put them?... on the BUNK BED SHELF. It was just perfect for the bottom or top bunk. Easy to assemble too. May 17, 2010
