InterMetro® Playroom Shelving
Really love this. Tons of storage capacity. More than I expected. Top shelf is a real plus, and it's also attractive... I also ordered the side hooks and baskets, which are great for hats, gloves and scarves.

I bought this item to organize our toys. We moved into a larger home and finally had a space for toys and this shelving unit is wonderful. It has ample space - we have a lot of toys and games - and the basket for balls is absolutely genius. I only have one little issue and that is the fact that the "kit" comes with 6 poles, but only a package of 4 rubber foot covers. I figured since it was a "kit," it would come complete. I had to make a trip back to the store to buy another package of 4 foot covers. I love Container Store, but they need to reevaluate the "kit" or be sure the consumer knows that they need to purchase an extra package to complete the kit. Why not have the extra set in the kit? Ah well, it's good now, and we love it! I used the purchase online and pick up at the store. It was a great service. I did it again when I purchased my foot covers!

Great sturdy product
I bought this shelf system because our playroom was out of control. I like that you can decide the height of each shelf and that it is very sturdy. It was a little difficult to put together but I was doing it myself with an 11 year old helping out. It definitely needs 2 adults to be put together. It looks nice and has created a lot of extra space in the playroom. The only problem was when you order it online, it puts all of the separate pieces together in the order for you and unfortunately it only adds one 4 pack of rubber feet covers. There's 6 feet on it so I had to go back and get another pack. The feet are basically big flat screws so you have to have the rubber covers to keep your floor from being scratched.

I am using my shelving in a storeroom, not for children, but the size was just right for my space. It is a good looking and very useful product. The only thing you might need to consider, is that the shelf length is a bit shorter than its overall measurement on account of the posts at the corners taking up some room. In other words if your box is exactly 24 inches x 24 it will not fit on the 24 inch wide section of the unit. It will fit if it is 22 inches wide and you can slip it in sideways. This is true of all similar shelving units.
