Folding X-Frame Garment Rack
Benefits of a Great Rack! (Folding X-Frame rack:))
The Folding X-Frame Garment Rack has a great number of benefits. They include: will handle many garments at a time, light weight and folds easily to store flat; useful for garments to dry on prior to ironing or to store extra clothes on thus providing more space in dwellings with small closets and a great value for the price.
I have even used the top of the rack's corners to dry extra slacks/shorts or for personal items you do not want to put in the dryer.

Easiest Drying Rack Ever
This rack folds completely flat, perfect for hiding away in our one-bedroom apartment. Better still, it is the easiest and best way to dry clothes.
I take all my shirts out of the washer, put them on hangers, and hang them on this rack. They hang dry, free of wrinkles and saved the wear-and-tear of the drier. Plus -- no shrinking. If you have a yard with a laundry line, good for you, but we apartment dwellers have other challenges. When the shirts are dried, they are ready to go -- no other fussing required to stick them in the closet.
I have to confess that I first assembled it incorrectly. I just brought it back to The Container Store, and they whisked it away to their special workshop, where they fixed it, and handed it back, better than before. That's the best service I've ever seen, anywhere.
I even bought this product for my father, because he was sick and couldn't go outside to use the laundry line in his yard. He also found it was easy to stow away when not in use.

Piece Of Junk
I bought two folding laundry racks from The Container Store a few years ago, liked them so much that I bought a 3rd. This one is completely different than the previous two (which are not available at TCS anymore). I assembled it correctly (it isn't difficult), and it is wobbly, unstable and so crooked that my clothes slide down into a heap in the corners. Moreover, the poles keep sliding out from the plastic casing that holds the whole thing together. It is flimsy and falls apart every time I move it.
I complained to TCS about it and they sent me a $30 gift card. That is great customer service and I will continue to shop here, but I'll never order anything online without seeing it in the store first.
