May be good for some things... I purchased this specifically to remove slight scuff/paint marks from walls painted in eggshell latex semi-gloss, and did not find these effective for that purpose. Not only did it not remove the marks, but it left a shiny residue (which was easily removed with a mild ammonia-based cleaner). The cloths may well be quite effective on other surfaces with other stains, so your mileage may vary. April 7, 2013
