Excellent The hanger is a great way to have cedar in the closet. April 7, 2013

Clever idea I agree that the cedar isn't very fragrant. I read somewhere that going over it lightly with a bit of sand paper can help, so I'm going to give that a try and see if it helps. These seem to be okay, but I'm not sure they're strong enough to be your closet's only moth deterrent. Then again, I guess I don't know how strong the cedar smell has to be to repel moths and I really don't want my clothes to reek like cedar either. :) April 30, 2012

Cedar Fall Down This Cedar hanger would have gotten a 5 star review from me, but the cedar block fell down. I had to keep replacing the block to the hook. But it is a great idea! I would buy it again now that I know what to expect. April 27, 2012

Easy to use but less fragrant than I'd like I bought a few of these for our small closets. They were very easy to insert the hook and put up, but they don't smell strongly like cedar so I'm not really sure how any pests are going to smell them, either, but it's still worth a shot. :) April 24, 2012
