Did not include needed hardware I really cannot say how well this rack works because it did not come with needed hardware to hand it up, so I have not been able to use it. Imwish the website had at least said that hardware is needed, and had a link to the hardware! December 17, 2012

Great! These hooks are so convenient and easily attach to many different things. I used two sets of them with my Elfa closet and it made the perfect addition! February 4, 2011

LOVE my Elfa, but... these prong components would be better if the prongs were actually offset from each other. i have bras hanging on it, and the upper prong items get tangled in the lower prong items. April 9, 2010
