Quality Product, Smells Great Cedar smells wonderful. This is a great tie rack for my son, he loves it. Installation was quick and easy. Description of product says hardware sold separately but ours came with the screws needed to install. Just a note screws are too long to use on a normal sized closet door. Tie rack came just as described, no issues with quality here. December 18, 2012

Poorly made, big disappointment First off, the tie rack I got was a completely different shape than what is shown in the picture. It doesn't change the functionality of the piece, but when I order online, I like to be able to trust that the store is properly representing their wares. When the item arrived, I was saddened by the cheap quality of it. The holes in the wood where the pegs were inserted were not drilled neatly, so there were little splinters of wood left behind to snag my son's silk ties. Then, several of the pegs were loose, and the mounting holes were not drilled completely through to the back of the rack. I called CS and the rep was great. She is refunding the price of the rack.
