5-Section Store 'n Slide Tool Rack
I would recommend, with reservations. The "narrow space" for installation needs to be at least 5-1/2" to 7". Installation wasn't too rough, following the package directions. Flipping the track to open the unit from the left was easy. The included cardboard template for marking the drill holes & anchors wasn't marked - the package alluded to a printed arrow, which was nonexistent - & shorter than the actual unit, so I had to do some measuring & allow for the actual length of the piece. The slider takes up so much space that I hung the tool rack in a different location than I'd planned. My broom keeps sliding down in its niche, which means it drags on the baseboard. The little hooks under the niches are a bit too wide to comfortably fit through the holes on my dustpan & brush. But it seems to perform as advertised.

heavy duty, easy to install
Mounted this on wall space next to stacked washer/dryer in my TINY utility room. (5 x 7.5) This thing holds all of my mops and dusters. A tip: if the plastic hooks are too big to fit through the hanger hole in your item, tie a piece of cord into a loop on your item to hang it from the hook. This item, 2 Elfa drawer stacks, the pullout drying rack and the door hook for hangers have turned my small laundry space into a real utility room. This room is so small I could not get a decent photo, sorry.

I love how this rack fits behind the laundry room door easily and the sliding feature is so handy. The way the ball mechanism holds the handles but lets you adjust it quickly is great! My old rack was the tension style where you had to pull them out and push them back in. This one is so much nicer!

What a space saver!
I purchased this to go in between my fridge and wall and it is perfect. It is a great place for the brooms and keeps them out of much needed closet space. It slides out easily and I cannot believe I didn't buy this sooner.
