Perfect for my classroom! and then some... My students have totally "used up" my last broom and dustpan. This is just what I needed and it was even on sale. It stands right by the wastebasket and picks up everything from scraps to sequins. I decided to get an extra set to keep next to the litter pan at home. I hate stepping on the litter the cats track out. The broom and dust pan are so handy I can sweep as often as I want and the broom is soft enough to catch those pesky pieces of litter. Must Have for Kitchen I first bought this for my house to have for quick sweep jobs - it does a great job, is a great price and tucks away in the corner of the pantry. I have since bought 3 others for housewarming gifts, graduation gifts, etc. and they have been appreciated every time. One person gave me a funny look but subsequently told me they "couldn't believe how often they would use it...that it was a must have for her new apartment that she couldn't do without now". I agree!
