Bought this cute cat faced scoop mainly because it was purple, really, but it turned out I needed it after all, so it wasn't a frivolous purchase. Yes, the sticker was heavily glued on in the worst spot possible but a good soak in goo gone easily solved the problem for me. As can be seen in my photo, the cat face is much cuter than the kind of scary one shown on site. I love using this scoop with the Container Store's cute dry cat food storage container, as simply pouring the food from it is a hopeless disaster. I've only had it about a month so I don't know whether it will break easily. It seems pretty sturdy to me. I'm not rough with my toys. ;)

As mentioned before, the sticker leaves a residue when it comes off. Concern about getting into my cat's food when I scoop the food it out of the container. Right now I have the scooper soaking in dish soap water. Really Container Store I thought you were going to fix the problem. What happen?

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Natalya I use the green scoop for cat litter
I have a "cat litter station" that consists of three products from the Container Store:
-- A pet food container that I used to keep Cat Attract Litter (I only give my cats wet food, so I do not need a container for dry food).
-- A large men's clear shoe box, http://www.containerstore.com/shop?productId=10001753&N=&Ntt=men%27s+shoe+box, in which I keep bag for used litter and a bottle of Febreze Pet Spray
-- a scoop.
When I pour the contents of two bags of Cat Attract Litter into the pet food container, there is enough space left below the lid to fit in the box with bags and Febreze. Luckily, I bought the dark, opaque pet food container before they got discontinued, so my "cat litter station" blends into the decor - it is dark, and I have a lot of black trim in this area of the apartment. And, nobody would know what it is because it is opaque. When I scoop the litter, and I do it every time I have to leave the apartment, so it would mean several times a day, I open the pet food container, get the shoe box, open it, get a bag (I get the bags at the produce section at the grocery store), scoop the litter, tie the bag and put it next to the apartment door, go back to spray with Febreze if needed (with such frequent scooping, Febreze is not always called for), and then use the pet food scoop to pour more litter into the litter box. Then I put all my cat litter paraphernalia back into the pet food container and close the lid.
The scoop is good because it allow me to transport the litter without spilling it. The scoop's design is really smart - I carry a full scoop of litter without any spillage.
Thanks goes to the Container Store for selecting and selling useful, smart products. I recommend that the dark opaque pet food plastic containers be brought back.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by doggymom Good pet food scoop
This pet food scoop is pretty good. It's cute, in fun colors. After about 2 years use, the handle did break. So it's not necessarily durable for the long haul, depending on how much you use it. I feed my dogs twice a day and have 3 dogs... so it got used quite a bit at my house. But it's a great gift or purchase for the pet lover. I liked it enough to get a new one. As others have said, the sticker is in a bad place, but I did mange to finally get mine off.
