The clear folders are wonderful for organizing memorable school art projects and papers by year or by child. They help to limit the amount of clutter...once the folder is full, something has to go out before anything else goes in. Also I use them for short term storage of photos in a category along with any papers and embellishments for individual scrapbook page planning. Then, when there is time, I have everything set to go and can get down to work immediately without having to hunt for everything that is needed. It also enhances the creative process because items can be removed and added until just the right mix of materials can be visualized for the anticipated completed page.

I love these because you can see what is stored in them. I have used folders (5-Star type) to store working documents according to subject. Everytime I need a certain folder, I would flip open folders to find the subject I'm looking to work. With the clear slightly expandable envelopes, I just look through them till I find the subject I need. And, they will hold regular folders inside, so you can organize within your subject too.
I have used them on trips too...hold vacation info nicely in your airline tote or briefcase.

Keep it together
I am a scattered organizer. I have several projects with multiple papers. These folders keep each project separate and together.
