I purchased three of these at Christmas for stocking stuffers to be used in my three bathrooms. At this point, only one remains working of the three put into service at Christmas. Both of the failed units experienced either sensor or switch failures that caused the light to come on and stay on until the batteries died. I originally bought only one of these lights for Christmas a year ago, and that one lasted about six months before it ceased coming on at all. I am now one for four on these lights. It's a pity they don't last, the light level and time is very nice for a trip to a dark bathroom.

I purchased this light for use in the bathroom when one of my kiddos needs the bathroom, or I take my youngest on her nightly potty trips. I wanted a way to get some light into the bathroom without having to turn on the bathroom light, which can be blinding when your eyes have gotten used to darkness. This light works perfect. Every time we enter the bathroom it comes on, and stays on for a decent amount of time. I keep it on the back of toilet, which is right by the bathroom door so it senses our movement when we enter the bathroom. Its also great for when I first wake up and am not ready for blinding bright light in my eyes just yet lol.

Nice product, light and compact. Easy to use. Works nicely in the bathroom. Gives just enough light to not mess with your night vision or wake you up too much. Stays on for a correct amount of time. Very sensitive.
- Not bright enough for a closet, or anything you really need to see in. I bought it for the closet but had to re-think the light's purpose.
- You need a screw driver to open the battery compartment.

This is a very handy item to have in the bath room for the night. Point it right towards the door. It will 'see' you and light up as soon as you enter.
