Rated 5 out of 5Â by Engineer1 Best grocery bag handle anywhere
I have bought a number of grocery bag handles from various makers.
I am a retired engineer and this little gem has the best design and sturdiness of the lot. It has little nibs that the bag handles have to pass thru to rest in the bottom of the handle. That's so the device will stay in place if you put the grocery bag down and pick it up again. The nibs may be too narrow for a bag handle that is thicker than those on the usual throwaway bags at the grocer.
But never mind. This device is intended for those throwaway bags - they are the hardest on hands putting all the bag load on one or two fingers hurting finger joints and tendons. This device distributes the load equally across all 4 fingers. Every home should have these. And please keep your store logo on the device so that people will know where to get them. And thank the person that designed these!

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Bekli Great for paint cans, too.
I just bought two more of these after mine broke following many years of service. I don't use them for grocery bags, but to carry paint cans. It's so much more comfortable than having the wire handle dig into my hands.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Sortia I came back for more
I purchased two of the HandiGrip handles several years ago and have used them many times and not just for grocery bags. They are great for bags at the mall. I went shopping with my sisters and put one on my sister's bag and she was really impressed on how much easer it was to carry. I went back to the Container Store and bought two each for my sisters and my niece. I think I will go back and get some for my daughters-in-law.

I have purchased many items from The Container Store - always more than satisfied. The HandiGrip Grocery Bag Handle is by far the most amazing and helpful. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis which affects my hands and wrists. Carrying even a small bag can be very painful, but with the HandiGrip I can carry several bags at a time. Typically the bags cut into my hands and put stress on the painful areas, but the HandiGrip takes the pressure off of the painful areas.
I do not have a container store near me, but my son lives in Raleigh and every time I visit - he knows the one place I want to visit is The Container Store. When he comes home to PA, he always calls to see if I need anything from The Container Store. I first became acquainted with your store when visiting San Francisco and since that time every time we travel, I always check to see if there is a Container Store nearby! By the way, I have purchased many, many HandiGrips for family and friends - all amazed at how much something so small can be so helpful.
