Chevron Stuffle Laundry Pack by Umbra®
Good idea but bad execution :(
I really hope Umbra and Container Store are reading these wonderful reviews about this product. The changes proposed in these reviews would have been great to have at the time of my purchase. The bag definitely needs adjustable straps as other people have mentioned.
It also needs some sort of padding for the back in order to actually wear it like a back pack. For a 5 ft, short person like me, the bottom of the bag hits the bottom of my rear end (only because container store doesn't allow the more casual term in their reviews) every time I walk with it on. That isn't very comfortable. I don't know if tall people have the same issue.
The velcro on the top is cheap and unnecessary. The velcro started coming off of the bag after only using it three times. I think a sturdy drawstring closure would be sufficient enough. The drawstring that the product has right now is also really cheap. It needs to be a sturdier string especially if you want us to be able to fill this bag to capacity.
The bag is machine washable, but you need to air dry it instead of putting it in the dryer with the rest of the clothes. Who wants to bring home a wet bag from the laundromat and air dry it? Dorm rooms and small apartments don't have room to dry a large bag. Please make a bag that can go in the dryer as well.
I will continue to use this bag until it breaks down on me, which I think will be pretty soon.

Needs a tougher zipper!
I don't know what counts as "two full loads of laundry," but I put about 20-25 lbs. of laundry in this bag, and just as I was zipping it shut, the zipper pull came clean off the zipper!
Unfortunately there's no easy way that I know of to get the zipper back on, and when the bag was taken to my local cleaner's, they didn't know how to repair it, either.
The bag held up for me for a good three months, doing laundry every 2 weeks or so. I used it mainly for my dark clothes, and it seemed to hold up pretty well, even with the lack of adjustable straps that were previously mentioned. I tended to just dump it into my laundry cart and push that a few blocks to my laundromat.
But with the zipper broken, I can't use it at all--the thing is almost entirely open on the side, which means clothes spill out everywhere! What I thought would be a great convenience for loading up the bag has turned into the bag's poorest feature for my usage needs.

great laundry bags
I got these for my son, who is leaving for college soon. They are sturdy, yet soft. Strong straps, and large pockets for detergent, etc. Nice color also.

SO CLOSE to being great. Needs adjustable straps.
I saw this in store and it looked really cute and practical. It has 2 outer pockets (one with a zipper, one without), and opens two different ways (from the top with a drawstring, and along the side with a zipper). It's spacious and holds a lot of laundry. I was excited about my purchase and looking forward to using it.
However I didn't account for what it would be like when it was heavy/filled with clothes. The shoulder straps are way too long, their material is scratchy/uncomfortable, and they're not adjustable, so the bag hangs way down my legs and hits them with every step I take. I got this because I'm on a 5th floor walkup and a few blocks away from the nearest laundromat. Without adjustable straps it pretty much defeats the purpose of the thing and renders it unusable.
I'll be returning it and looking for another option elsewhere - hopefully something with padded & adjustable straps.
