I needed a comfortable backpack to use when I have my upcoming knee surgery, will be on crutches (or walker and/or cane) and cannot use a regular purse in my travels. This really fits the bill! It stays close to my body, the weight is evenly distributed and there are lots of zippered pockets and places to hold everything that would normally be inside my purse. I have to admit that I was really blown away with how much could easily fit inside, without weighing me down and how stylishly it all looks! I would totally recommend this for travel, daily use or when surgery requires a change.

by Vivien excellent choice for travel in the city or the mts
This product by Baggallini lives up to its name. I am using it for travel (holds my three pairs of glasses, umbrella, extra clothes, wipes (going to to Cuba), travel goodies, snacks, and so on very comfortably. I will also use it for snowshoe trips into the mountains. It is better than a purse and more comfortable than a fanny pack or a backpack.

 by KarD123 Thorough Review
I waited quite a while before purchasing this bag and scoured the reviews multiple times in order to get a clear picture of what I was looking at purchasing. I will say that the photos on this site don't do it justice, which is why I'm adding photos. I've owned this bag for about a month with daily use and have stored clothing, food, and stationery in it.
Incredibly comfortable shape-wise.
The fabric is slippery like most baggallini bags and is resistant to spills, stains, and water. Easy cleanup in the event of those things, as well.
The multiple pocket sizes on the front are quite useful and I find myself using them frequently.
The zippers also pull down when the bag is positioned on the front of the body, which makes them easy to access. The zippers are sturdy and have thumb-shaped pull tabs, much like most recently-produced baggallini bags.
Highly organized in the main compartment (see photo) with 1 set of card slots (5 cards will fit) and 3 other compartments in which I store my wallet, sunglasses, and 3x5 index cards. Also has 2 elastic loops that can be used for writing tools or anything similar to that size. Would not recommend trying to attach a carabiner or any other type of keyring to them - I did that and it damaged the stitching slightly. Overall very sturdy loops, quite elastic.
Interior color is slightly metallic tan and of the same stain- and liquid-resistant quality as the outside, but of a finer stitching.
Comes with an ~4x7 zippered pouch which can detach from a black cord with a claw hook (shown in picture), both of which are of good quality as far as I can tell. I attach my keyring to the black cord and it is a great length for accessing one's keys without having to take them out of the safety of your bag.
The main compartment fits so many things! The triangle shape does not at all hinder me from shoving as much into this bag as possible. My (2) two 5x8.25 Moleskine notebooks fit comfortably in here, as well as my wallet, keys, and other miscellaneous things I carry with me day-to-day. Much like any other bag, it will get heavy if you load it up, but I have found it to be ergonomically better than most cross-body bags because of the way it distributes the weight I'm carrying.
Has a small piece of fabric along the bottom of the zipper to prevent smaller items from falling out.
Very roomy (nearly the full size of the back panel) back/security pocket. Very nice and discreet place for keeping personal/important items.
Has a handle on the top (like a normal backpack) that can be used to hang the bag. Excellent quality - very thick and durable. The same goes for the strap overall.
The hardware overall looks sturdy and adds to the beauty and attention to detail that all of baggallini's bags have.
Suitable for semi-formal and casual environments. I have received many compliments on it.
As others mentioned, it's not designed for left-handed people but I (a left-handed person) have felt no discomfort in using it.
The "phone" holder doesn't feel safe, comfortable, or feasible to hold a smartphone in, but it works very well for me as a pen holder for quick access or as a sunglasses holder in a pinch.
As others mentioned, the strap length could be an issue for some, more petite buyers. However, the strap does adjust at 2 points (top and bottom of strap's attachment to bag).
The interior stitching of the strap sometimes collects bits of fabric from my shirt. No damage was done to my clothing, but could be annoying for some people.
I bought this item during a sale for $10 less than the listed price. I think the price is fair for baggallini and have considered smaller bags at higher prices, even without the sale.
The only thing I would "change" about this bag is that I would recommend it in different colors just for the sake of variety, but I'm happier with the solid black than I expected to be because of its classy, versatile, discreet look.
