Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great storage This was a complete space saver compared to the box the dry cleaners preserved my wedding dress in. Very easy to assemble and very sturdy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good size, good quality My wife had to fold her wedding dress slightly to fit it in the box, but it wasn't tightly packed by any means. It's only been stored for a couple of weeks, so no idea how well preserved it will be in the long run, but the sales person at the store assured me that this type of box/paper is what all the museum quality storage places use...so we're hoping for the best.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for storing those priceless items. I bought 2 large and three small archival garment boxes. and am going to order more. They are perfect for storing those priceless items like my mothers wedding dress and veil.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fits the Bill I purchased the archival underbed Garment Storage Box as a container for my nearly 40 year old wedding gown. I'm very pleased with the box. It comes with archival quality tissue as well. The box is sturdy and very roomy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from good for wedding dress storage My daughters wedding dress and cathedral veil fit well in the box. I did buy extra tissue but may not have needed but felt more the better? Easy to assemble. Fits under the bed just fine. Can't tell you if it prevents yellowing or not but I thought worth the try. Had a owner of a wedding dress consignment shop tell me not to buy the 250$ preservation kit from cleaners, said about 50% of dresses that come in one of those is yellow. This is a much cheaper option. Did have the dress professionally cleaned first. Would give 5 stars if I knew for sure no yellowing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great solution! My wedding dress had been stored in a HUGE box that didn't fit anywhere. Because it was not a big, poufy ballgown style, it fit beautifully in this size box. The box was easy to assemble and included plenty of acid-free tissue. I am happy that my dress is protected, and that I am able to store it in a box a quarter the size of the drycleaner's box. VERY pleased with this purchase!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Purchase The archival garment storage box is perfect for storing my children's baby clothes. I saved my favorite things from when they were small and they are protected in this wonderful box. If fits perfectly on the shelf in the closet. I liked it so much, I am going to buy more for other keepsakes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Important to me Many years ago my great grandmother made two dresses for my mother. They are works of art. Completely made by hand, with tiny little stitches and intricate detailing. 48 years ago, I hand made my daughters christening gown, complete with slip and bonnet. Several years later I hand knit my son's christening suit. I was going to give these precious memories away, I had no idea how to store them properly. Then I saw this box while looking for something else at the Container Store. My precious memories are now packed carefully away so that my great grand children might appreciate them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from a huge necessity I bought this box to correctly store a very fragile set of quilting pieces that date back to the 1870's! I KNEW the best place to find it would be the Container Store! They always have everything I need!. In addition I bought a smaller box and the acid free paper to store a very special ring pillow that I'm creating for a bridge. It will be a new treasure, and stored correctly from its beginning!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Size Box... Larger box than I thot, but can put some other items in . Can't tell you about how box/tissue preserves...as haven't had it long enough. This is a wonderful item to preserve things that can't be washed/dry cleaned.. At least it makes me feel like I'm doing something good w/my Grandmother's dancing gown (circa 1920's)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Wise purchase After 50 years, I decided I should have something in which to store my wedding dress - not my cedar chest! I ordered this box, which came just before Christmas (a surprise). I also ordered the extra acid-free paper which was recommended in the product description, but probably wouldn't have needed it. A good purchase -- and it does fit under the bed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Memory saver Just what I needed. My new daughter in law asked that I keep her wedding veil and I wanted something that would keep it safe. This is perfect and I know that when she looks at it in the future it will look the same as it does today !

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Greatest Storage Idea I used the Archival Garment Storage Boxes with the acid free tissue paper to store my custom made silk drapes!!!!! i only had to fold them once using tissue paper in between the folds and on top. I am confident that they will remain in perfect condition until I need them again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great, sturdy box I bought the small archival box to store my wedding veil. It was more spacious than I anticipated, which is great because I was able to fold the veil with fewer folds. The box came with plenty of tissue paper.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product Purchased this product to store some family heirlooms. Having worked in the museum industry, I was looking for something that would be safe for textiles as well as paper products. These boxes have ample room to nicely and securely, but not too tightly wrap and protect my items. Note - the boxes that I bought come with acid free tissue paper which I was not aware of. Check to see if there is tissue included in the box you are buying before buying the separate package of acid-free tissue. The good thing about the extra tissue package is that the sheets of paper are HUGE!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for Kimono Storage I had such a difficult time finding a good acid-free box that was the right size for storing my antique kimono, and I'm so glad that I eventually found this one! It's just the right size! The box is also high quality and very sturdy, and the tissue paper it comes with is perfect for wrapping the kimono to keep the colors from bleeding. I will definitely be ordering more of these in the future!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for those special garments I bought two of these boxes. One to store my daughters First Communion gown and veil and the other to store a family heirloom: 100+year old christening gown. They are perfect! My only suggestion would be to include a label for the boxes to easily identify the contents.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Storage Boxes I purchased two of the medium sized boxes, and while they are a little larger than I expected, they are exactly what I needed to store my daughter's cherished baby items.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from sturdy boxes that really fit the bill! I bought a few of these boxes, not for garments but for photo albums, loose large and smaller photos and they really organized a huge problem into three neat, safe boxes. Until I can organize these photos I've worried that they were deteriorating where we had them. Now that they are all in these acid free boxes with tissue between layers I don't worry at all. I know they are safe until I can get to them, and then I'll have lots of room to store the finished albums! thank you Container Store!
