Terrible Design
The top of this soap dispenser is not secured to the base in any way--it just sits on top. As a result, it comes off when you actuate the pump, spilling soap. This is the worst-designed consumer product I have encountered in years.

Horrible Quality
The worst quality. I bought two of these in store and the tops of both of them popped off within the first couple of weeks. I re-glued them and continued using them because I didn't want to go into looking for new dispensers; however, a couple of months later, the bottom of one of them cracked and is now leaking soap so it is rendered useless. I've had them for all of 3-4 months. Was going to buy another one but I figure there is no point if it is simply going to break on me within 1-2 months. They are cute but save your money!!

Didn't last
I was about to purchase another one of these to replace the one I bought 3 months ago. I thought I broke it but now I realize that it is poorly constructed. Too bad because the look was great - clean & simple design. The top came off and the sides cracked.

glue is cheap
the glue holding the square sides together stopped working in 3 weeks and it was useless after that.

DID NOT LAST AT ALL!
The soap dispenser was the perfect fit and decor for my guest bathroom shower stall. I had also purchased several larger acrylic dispensers from The Container Store as well for shampoos and other liquid soaps. They all look wonderful lined up together - very neatly organized! This particular dispenser however is horribly constructed. The lid became unglued after several uses even though it was wipe down after each shower. Very disappointed with my purchase - complete waste of money. Had to throw it out.

Pretty, but don't last
I am so disappointed, they are the perfect style and I was so excited when I found them. I bought 6 of these about a year ago - in various sizes. I use them for body soap and shampoo and conditioner. 5 of the 6 lids have come unglued. The spout has broken off 3 of them, had to buy replacement pumps at the store. Possibly just a defective batch of glue with the ones I bought, but certainly disappointing.

Poorly Built
I bought two of these because of the design and the simplicity. And both of the lips came unglued, and one also bottom came unglued and I woke up to liquid soap all over my bathroom counter.

they don't last very long
I've bought two of these and the either cracked or the top came unglued or both, but I like the way they look so I'll probably buy another one.

pretty but poorly constructed
I loved the look of this thing, but was only able to enjoy it for a year before the pump broke off completely. I'll also add that I don't think the top of the box is glued entirely well because over time it got somewhat discolored in the joint. I wouldn't recommend unless you know you just need something temporary.

I love the modern appearance of this dispenser. We have had 4 of these that were bought almost a decade ago (for 3 different busy locations in our house) and love them because of the thickness of the acrylic, the visibility of the liquid, and the large size, which means less refilling (there is actually one that is offered in a larger size too). They appear high quality. As per the complaints of quality, we did have one where the top popped off (as someone posted photos). This, however, did not affect anything, it was still useable and refilling was easier. If you like the look of this, I would recommend buying it. I don't like the look of the cheaper ones offered in other stores.

Love Style - Lids Came Unglued
I am so disappointed. I bought 5 of these about a year ago - 1 for each bathroom and 4 of the 5 lids have come unglued. A couple of the dispensers are seldom used and the lids still came unglued. Maybe just a defect with the ones I bought....disappointed though.

Beautiful but falls apart
I bought several soap dispensers in late summer 2018 & by Christmas time all of the lids have come unglued from the base. Beautiful... but cheap quality. Would not recommend.

Defective/Leak
Woke up to my liquid hand soap all over my bathroom vanity. Not being able to tell where the leak came from, I filled the bottle with water. As you can see in the photo, it came out from multiple sides. Poor construction all around.

Beautiful but the acrylic cracks
I bought this to hold body lotion in our newly renovated bathroom. Looks great. However, the first one I bought cracked on the top, and the crack then continued down the side. Neither my husband nor I knocked it over to make it crack suddenly. Baffled, I bought a second one, double checking that it had no cracks. This one is now cracked too, in the same way, and I realized it's because the pump puts stress on the acrylic and eventually causes the acrylic to crack. NOT durable.

Don’t buy!
I purchased four of these because they had good reviews and were large, which meant less refilling. I’ve only opened two of them so far, and within just a couple weeks of use, the top panel of the cube came completely unglued on both of them. They are now rendered useless. I would not recommend these to anyone.

So pretty, but NOT durable
I bought this for our master bath as a hand soap dispenser and within 3 months, it cracked right down the corner seam. I didn't drop it or rough handle it. I was so disappointed as it was the best looking soap dispenser I could find and it holds a large amount (less refilling).

Great looking vanity soap and lotion pump.
I was looking for a nice looking soap and lotion pump to dress my new bathroom vanity.This acrylic square pump fit the bill. The quality is great, love the clean lines and the size fits perfect inside TCS small acrylic tray. I get so many compliments. So happy with the product!

Just what I needed
I couldn't find a modern and clean dispenser anywhere that wasn't crazy expensive. These dispensers were the answer. They are sleek, easy to use, sturdy and very well priced. We have them in our glass shower stall and everyone comments on them and asks us where we got them. They are also great house warming gifts.
