Your order should arrive in 1-3 days after the product is available at the store. Once your delivery has been scheduled, you will receive an email from our local partner with the specific information about your delivery. We will contact you if there are any issues with your order.
Our local partner will pick up your order from the store, notify you that it's on the way, and drop off at your home using their no-contact delivery service. They will also send a completed delivery email which may include a photo of your delivery.
Delivery TermsNot all orders can be processed for the initial fee charged. Larger orders may require a two-person delivery and a larger vehicle which could result in those deliveries costing more.
If there is a question about stock availability, you will be contacted by someone from The Container Store.
